To start eco-friendly food-truck business, Tigist needs

While working in the Midwest, Tigist gained cooking skills that helped her when she moved back to Ethiopia. By participating in Bridging Gaps workshops organized in conjunction with Social Enterprise Ethiopia, Tigist gained valuable knowledge that she now wants to put into practice. Using her talent, Tigist wants to open a food truck to provide her community with healthy vegetarian food at affordable prices for everyone. Being mindful of the environment, she notes that only eco-friendly fuel for her food truck will be used. Starting this business, Tigist will be able to contribute to the development of happy, healthy and empowered community.
