Bridging Hearts and Minds – A Global Yoga Campaign for Mental Health and Social Impact

This June, we—Bridging Gaps Fundraising Fellows Daniela, Tami, and Nadine—are launching Bridging Hearts and Minds, a global campaign that invites yoga teachers, meditation guides, mental health organizations, well-being enterprises, and anyone seeking a moment of self-care to unite in a movement for mental health, community, and kindness.
In today’s fast-paced world, finding a space for calm and well-being is more important than ever. Through this initiative, we aim to create accessible spaces—both online and in person—where people can reconnect with themselves through yoga, meditation, and psychology-focused talks, all while supporting Bridging Gaps' impactful work.
How It Works
Yoga and meditation teachers from around the world are invited to join the campaign by donating a class or meditation session—whether live, recorded, or in-person. The proceeds (a percentage or the full amount) will go directly to Bridging Gaps, helping us provide microloans and promote well-being in the communities we serve.

Another way to contribute is by donating a portion of existing class earnings or simply spreading the word through social media. The beauty of this campaign lies in its flexibility—each teacher can choose how they wish to participate. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference. 💜
Practitioners and anyone looking for a moment of well-being can participate by joining a class, knowing that their contribution will directly support Bridging Gaps social impact initiatives.
